A Taste of Singapore Dinner Parties

These two months, we've been busy performing our role as the cultural ambassadors of Singapore. And since the cuisine of Singapore is central to Singapore's national identity, we thought there's no better way to showcase Singaporean culture other than the food itself.

That is why we've been throwing numerous "A Taste of Singapore" dinner parties. All made possible by the packets of spices we had cleverly shipped in from Singapore. We also finished 3 bottles of Singapore Sling (wth our guests of course).

Dishes we prepared during our parties:
- Bak Kut Teh (Both peppery and herbal versions)
- Curry Chicken
- Curry Prawns
- Har Cheong Gai
- Belachan Fish
- Yong Tau Foo in Black Bean Sauce
- Prawn Omelette
- Onion Omelette
- Asaparagus with Scallops in Belachan Chili Sauce
- La La in Spicy Bean Sauce
- Bubur Chachar
- Agar Agar
- Sweet Potato Soup
The verdict? Seems like Curry Chicken is the hot favourite, with Bak Kut Teh coming a close second :)
